Exclusive Services
Intuitive Therapeutic Bodywork offers a way
to connect body, mind and spirit.
Body - Mind connection calms the nervous system, returning us to our natural and inherent ability to heal.
Your body has been through life with you, all of the joys and the traumas. Your cells have memories. In order to connect with the inherent healing wisdom of the body,
we must hold space to listen to the body speak.
Intuitive energy work creates through intention and practice, a safe space for your body to talk and for you to listen.

Reiki Healing Therapy
Intuitive energy work in which the therapist holds energetic space for clients to access their own innate healing power. Reiki is offered on its own (with hands on or hands off approach) and it can also be implemented into and with our other modalities. The option for discussion before and after the session, which allows for the work to be more of a conscious and team approach, is available at clients preference.
CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle and intuitive therapy focused on releasing restriction in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and other areas of the body to balance the body's nervous. system. This work is light in pressure with the capacity to have huge effects. This modality can stand alone or be incorporated with our other offered modalities.
Hot Stone Therapy
The hot River stones provide moist heat which aides in the opening and melting of muscles with ease.
Our unique use of the stones at Grace and Shine, are as tools or as extensions of the therapists hands.
We synchronize the heat along with the flow and pressure in the massage strokes for most therapeutic benefit.
